It has high precision, fast cutting, not limited to cutting pattern restrictions, automatic typesetting saves materials, smooth incision, and low processing costs. It will gradually improve or replace traditional metal cutting process equipment. The heat-affected zone of cutting is small, the deformation of the plate is small, and the kerf is narrow (0.1mm~0.3mm). The incision has no mechanical stress, no shearing burrs; high processing precision, good repeatability, and no damage to the material surface. CNC programming, can process any plan, can cut the entire board with a large format, no need to open the mold, economical and time-saving.
SINTERED STONE PROCESSING
A typical stone edge grinding machine consists of grinding heads, grinding discs, motors, water pumps, control systems, etc. The grinding heads are usually made of materials such as diamond or corundum, which can quickly and finely grind the surface of the stone. The water pump provides sufficient water source to keep the grinding heads and discs moist, while also cooling the grinding heads to prevent overheating. The control system is responsible for controlling the rotation speed of the grinding heads, the moving speed of the grinding discs, and other parameters to meet the processing requirements of different types and sizes of stones.
