2. Elaborating Production Preparation Based on Dining Table Base Details
When we get a new product, at first, we need to design again in 3D. The production workshop receives these for laser cutting, after verifying and approving them. The workshop checks and approves the design, considering the client's needs and deciding on the appropriate material thickness for each part. Once we finalize this, we can commence production in the workshop.
3. Supervision of the Production Process and Key Focus Points
After completing the initial cutting phase in the laser cutting production workshop, the product progresses to the sheet metal production stage. Through welding techniques, the product is assembled according to its design.
Key areas are finely polished and polished based on actual conditions. Sections requiring brushing undergo a brushing process. Once it is confirmed that there are no errors, the product is handed over to the surface treatment workshop. The choice between the electrostatic powder coating workshop or the stainless steel vacuum coating (PVD) workshop is determined based on the material of the product.
4. Surface Treatment and Color Processing of the Product
If the material of the metal table base is iron, it is typically sent to the electrostatic powder coating workshop for color processing. After cleaning off the oxidized layer from the product's surface, the determined color is applied through online spraying.
Following this, the product undergoes high-temperature baking at 230 degrees Celsius on the baking assembly line, completing the process. If the material of the dining table base is stainless steel, it is directed to the stainless steel vacuum coating (PVD) workshop for color processing.
Commonly chosen colors include titanium gold, rose gold, gray steel, black titanium, antique bronze, and others. After the surface color of the product is produced, it proceeds to the packaging and delivery stage.
